HI all, I need to find out if i can remove the hobs and oven from my HDB flat. Does the valuation of the flat considers the availability of these items? Am i able to remove these items after i have gone through the first appointment? I was told by the valuation officer that anything that is fixed onto the walls and ceiling could not be removed, is the oven and the hobs considered "fixed" items as it is part of the kitchen cabinet? thanks
