I think curtain better to get it locally. The dimension is critical. Unless you are planing to get a big roll of cloth and DIY yourself... T5 led I got no experience. I'm using the traditional T5 florescent tube. But I believe it should be doable...

I only use 真皮. Don't want to spend so much on leather to be disappointed on the wood and workmanship. I can't really tell... Maybe the atmosphere in Lush make it comfortable. Or maybe my living room make it not as comfortable. The TB seat cushion is quite soft and I had forgotten whether Lush one is firm or wat. But the leather stitching is pretty good. Maybe OM standard...

The Kohler sink don't come with drainage. The drainage comes together with the Puravida tap u see. It is a push open & close drainage. And the Kohler sink hole and the Puravida drainage are perfectly match for each other....

And another chair. This one need no introduction. The wood grain are quite nice. Base look decent. Lastly, the Eames chair. Quality is pretty ok too. But Lush quality is still way better.
