  1. yup! That is the main door. But the door is opened. SO it look like the door is facing the kitchen. :sport-smiley-004:
  2. I'm not sure whether HDB allow you to replace the glass. And I think film is cheaper than replacing the whole glass.
  3. I did living rm, service yard and 3 bedrooms windows. The brand used is LLumar. I used WCDR25SRCDF for 3 bedroom and WCDR35SRCDF for living rm and service yard cos it let more light in. Windowcool did for me. I call the number for the promotion and a guy came down to measure and show me the sample. He even give me a quote immediate. Pretty good service. Friendly guy. http://www.windowcool.com/product_l-archi-promotions.html My cost is slightly less than $1.4k
  4. Also love my fan a lot.... Some people are crazy about their babies. Others are crazy about their pets. I'm crazy about my fan. SO chio... Look at the curves...

  6. Err.... As you can see from the photo... The kitchen is still not fully complete. The plumber has yet to install the drainage piping. But I believe the Klaus will not have this problem as the centre hole is sloped down as seen in the 1st photo. Maybe I can update this next week......
  7. No. It's not reflective from outside. I understand HDB don't allow those reflective type. The room does feel darker but also cooler. That is the trade off but I'm not complaining.. :yamseng:
  8. Did window film on all my windows today as all my windows face the morning sun..... The difference with film is really great!! SO much difference!! :jawdrop: SO much cooler and the heat rejection is great! This is the difference with and without film.
  9. I had almost finish my kitchen so I think I post some photos of my Klaus sink for any potential Klaus buyer. I bought the 23-Inch Undermount Single Bowl from Amazon and below is the link. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002YWSB6C/ref=oh_details_o04_s00_i00
  10. Hi, Has anyone from the new estate that is Data Structure Ready already install OpenNet? Did they install the termination point within the Utility box or they still pull a trunking over to the TV point? If they install within the Utility box, can share how it was done? I saw somewhere the string in the Utility box is for the fiber cable to be pull thru. If that is the case, how is the TP going to connect to the ONT? There is also a lan connection in side the box. Anyone did theirs? Can share some photos how that is done?
  11. Hi, have you installed your Opennet? I am facing the same question as you now. I stay at Sunshine (CCK) BTO and Opennet mention that the cabling will start next mth. I am also wondering where the TP will be. I saw somewhere the string in the Utility box is for the fiber cable to be pull thru. If that is the case, how is the TP going to connect to the ONT? There is also a lan connection in side the box. Anyone did theirs? Can share some photos how that is done?
