  4. The water filter is working fine! :good: There is no need to install additional water point. Just need an extension out from the kitchen tap connection. Ya. (co share with the "normal " water point) Just need to drill holes for the faucet on the solid surface and mount the filter. That's all. I attached a photo for better understanding.
  5. For those looking for dehumifier, you can get more and cheaper variety in HK. I bought one from Fortress during my trip a few months back. I got it for slightly more than SGD$250.
  6. I not sure if anyone interested. But I will post here since we are talking about sink. I did post this in my T-blog though. Hi all, After 2 days of running to different hose companies & hardware shops, I think I may be able to solve this issue after all. A bit of background, the 3M filter comes with 3/8 tube. The facet need 1/4 tube. Our HDB water pipe is 1/2". So we have 3 different size to play here. First, we need a connector from HDB 1/2" to 3/8" hose. SMC KQ2H11-37S PBT Push-To-Connect Tube Fitting with Sealant, Adapter, 3/8" Tube OD x 1/2" NPT Male with Brass Threads Then a connector to convert 3/8" to 1/4" tube. SMC KQ2H07-11 PBT Push-To-Connect Tube Fitting, Adapter, 1/4" Tube OD x 3/8" NPT Male I did not buy from Amazon. Just provide a link for u to reference. I bought locally at SMC main branch walk in sales counter. SMC Pneumatics (SEA) Pte Ltd 33 Tuas Avenue 8 Singapore 639251 Tel : 65-68610888 Fax : 65-68611889 URL: http://www.smcsing.com.sg And lastly U buy a 1/4" tube.
  7. Strange. I thought I replied you a few days ago? I did not use the hole of the stand.
  8. I have a few enquiry on my AV system. Maybe I should list down my set below. For me, I can't go the traditional way of Hi-Fi (source-amplifier-speaker) even though I would very much love to. I had to consider the WAF (Wife Acceptance Factor) :bleah: when choosing system. But so far, I'm quite happy on how it turn out. My the other half is also happy. I think... :P My speakers: Aktimate Maxi Cost: I think around SGD$1800 Local dealer is CD Acoustic (The Adelphi #03-14, 1 Coleman Street) Reason I got this speaker 1) Active speaker. I do not need an amplifier. So save space. 2) Internet radio (Connect by wifi or Ethernet RJ45) If you have not explore this, you will be amazed by the quantity and quality of the range of music out there. Nowadays, I will just on it once I got home. 3) FM radio. Good to have. 4) 3 auxiliary inputs (2 pairs of RCA phono connections and a mini-jack) plus audio outputs. a) I connect my audio out from the processor to one of the RCA inputs. b) I connect my sub woofer to the audio outputs 5) USB host socket on the Maxi allows replay of music files from memory sticks or MP3 players. 6) Most important of all, iPod dock on the top of the speaker. I put almost all of my music in my iPhone. 7) Lastly, the speakers sound pretty good! And I'm not sure if there is any other active speakers that got the above functions, sound good and look as good. My Sub woofer: BK XLS200 Cost: Around SGD$800. I got a friend to help me buy in UK. Reason I got this is the reviews are pretty ok and it looks good with my Maxi. My blu-ray/CD player: OPPO BDP-93 Cost: SGD$899 at Adelphi. Reason I got it is good reviews. My processor: UMC-1 Cost: USD$499 exclude shipping I used this as a receiver for all HDMI inputs. (Blu-ray, Starhub TV setup box, media player) My media player: AC Ryan Cost: Can't remember cos I bought this 2 years ago. I use this to store all my movies.
  9. Wow.. He come to your place? U got a very close up shot of him!
  10. Nice.... :dribble: So he connects both connections. Since there is no difference bet the tap n local tap connections, I believe those who are on the fence can buy the tap with ease now... :yamseng:
  11. Roy Chong from North West. roychong@northwestinterior.com Email him ba.. But he is a very busy busy man... :D
  12. Oh... the partition ah.... I did not install.... hee... At first, parents comment that should not have a direct sight to living rm window. SOmething no good la... Then I propose to build the partition and had the ID draw out, then they say should not have partition from floor to ceiling... also not good.... WTF... :furious: Then I scrap the whole idea... So far still no grumble from them.... :sport-smiley-004:
  13. Wow.. Thanks... Their product on internet looks expensive! Maybe I will make a trip down to see see... :yamseng:
  14. Hi, I did not use the hole on the stand for my banana plug. But I think it should not be a prob unless your plug is this big big type. The hole is around 15mm in diameter
  15. Hi, my bike is a Strida. You can find more info here. Local Distributor. I believe they are selling at $750. And NO. I did not buy this on Amazon. :bleah:
  16. We are waiting for your tv console to be stuff with all your goodies..... :sport-smiley-004: Don't go shopping... Stay at home n set up your system!! :bleah:
  17. The assembly of the stand is too easy. No tools is required. Everything is just slot in :good: A photo of the stand. The stand has to be placed in front of a wall as the stand without bikes will topple backwards. But after you put even 1 bike. The stand is stable. I had to trial n error on the arms a few times to find the perfect position. So in the end I don't need to shift the arms.. haa..
  18. Received the bicycle rack this morning! So fast considering I ordered last week. Anyway, the packaging can be improved. Some tears on the box. The parts of the stand. Plus an instruction sheet in English and 2 screws for securing to the wall. Quality of the stand is good. Some scratches can be seen but not an issue for me. A close up of the arm in case anyone interested on how the bike is mounted. The hook can be turned 360 degrees and tightened with a screw driver. The hook is sleeved with a rubber and the hook is strong yet can be bent with some force if need be. One thing that makes me buy this is because I will be hanging my foldable bike and the arm can be position in any height. I saw other stands that the hanging arm can only be adjusted to certain degrees.
  19. I think the trend now is low sofa. And fabric..... :yamseng:
