Only delay for 2 - 3 hours, you wanted to cut their payment and asked customer to beware this shop? come on, ask you heart!!! Some time delay because of the customer before you, no one know... be fare to everybody..

I think this is normal way for the lighting shop doing business in Singapore, you don't make payment, they will not send the lights.. do not angry, forgive them la... Buy lighting let you designer go along with you, sure no problem.

Ceiling Lights every where also the same may be they get all from same supplier.
