    Nice Wallpaper?

Doesn't mean expensive is good. Mine is Goodrich also but had pink stains all over the wall after. My wallpaper is white colour though. So the pink stains make the wallpaper look very patchy. For a branded name company, it was really a disappointment.
  2. Paint is better for older apartments, and wallpaper is nice for newer apartments. If your apartment is old, the walls might have moisture which causes the wallpaper to stain. It will look very ugly. And this is even with me using a good brand like Goodrich.
  3. I would never get from Goodrich again. Expensive at 300 a roll and just because I am an older site, had pink water stains because of "wet walls"... now the place looks even uglier than without normal wallpaper. Looks like fungus growing all over the place.
  4. I will be careful with Goodrich though. My wallpaper is from them and because my renovated place is an older site, there are pink stains on the wallpaper. After I called them and my wallpaper company up, they basically told me no solution as it is a known problem. The only resolution is to tear away the wallpaper and paint the wall. So if you are staying in an older apartment where the walls might be moist ( not able to tell by touch and sight ), very bad water stains can appear on your wallpaper and it will make your place very ugly. Much better to use normal paint in this case. Apparently the newer apartments do not have this problem.
