  2. Depend on the Stainless Steel grade that they use...... low grade will rust one of the copper pipes pros is that have better heat insulation meaning less heat loss for hot water
  3. IMHO 1) Good quality plywood usually will have less uneven surface...... plywood come in 1.22m x 2.44m per piece before fabrication. If the plywood cut to cabinet door size which is much much smaller than the plywood full size, logically the uneveness should not be so much obvious, unless the plywood quality is really really bad or they didn't do good in laminating 2) Usually the laminate material come in standard size 1.2 x 2.4 meter
  4. or other alternative is to make suspended cabinet
  5. Generally for commercial usage, there are 2 grades SS 304 SS 316 SS316 has more nickel content which make the steel more durable against rust. How do u know whether the SS is high grade or not?? The easiest way to check is by using magnet. If the magnet does not stick to the stainless steel, then it is high grade SS High grade SS will not rust even though it is being used at coastal areas....

  16. This design would look better.... rather than have long L-box along foyer and Living (kinda look weird)..... and at the same time the L-box will demarcate the living room. It would be nice if you can add curtain pelmet along balcony window/door the same as what i had done for my house... but final decision would be on yours
  17. true, it is man-made material...... harder and tougher than granite, limited design (more towards sparkling speckled like black galazy), limited slab length like granite so will have joint line
  18. got kids just close and lock the windows...... just open the small one on top of the main sliding one for ventilation and air circulation.....
