Immediately, she told me not to do cause the ceiling will "blow" away our fortune and suggested we go for wall mount fan in the living room. Hopefully, no hip cupps from now till collecting of keys. But I have already clarify in the very beginning about his comm part. He acknowledge that once the sales is FULLY COMPLETED then we will pay his comms. And, no, I am not aware of the 15 nov new ruling. Garment always come out with so many many funny rulings. 1st is the CEA ruling which all agents have to be certified before they can practise. Then come out with ruling about the seller's check list. So many many till I can hardly catch up. Now, pray hard that everything will go on smoothly. =)

I agree! Story just begun for us buyer/seller. But no doubt, there's still good agents out there. I even met an agent whom she offer to give me discount price on her comm is ever she help us seal deal. but too bad, not fated with her.

Thanks Bepgof, Coming here to look for things I need to be aware of certainly helps a lot. Especially when you guys are able to give valuable advices. I did sign the OTP every single page. HLE settled. Utilities account transfer, if I can, I will do it myself. In case he ask me to call this and that to settle myself instead of helping me. Thanks!

See, I was talking to the agent in the noon when it got cut off all of the sudden. Now then I remember, he didn't return my call at all aft it got cut off. Really very jialat attitude. Commission haven't reach his hand, he already show half of his true colour.

Yes, I have not exercise my OTP . Am going to sign the OTP this weekend. If I don't engage him as my agent then who? I mean, he's the one that brought me to the blk to view. But to close the deal, it was actually his stand in colleague because he was overseas at that time.

Actually I tried to contact his superior which is his stand in colleague. But his superior also did not reply my sms as he's in overseas.

Cut his commission later he rebuke. I think I need more advice from you guys.
