I am using Panasonic DH-3DL2S Instant Water Heater. After the installer left, I notice there is one metal piece that I think the installer forget to push downwards to secure the wire end, one side of the metal piece is clamping the wire end and the other side facing upwards, see red arrow pointing to metal piece, photo video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BVaKPSczNS4 May I know should I push the metal piece towards the wire to clamp the wire, or leave it alone suppose to be like that? Thanks a lot.

Thanks all. I have solved the problem. I saw a model number on the old seat cover and bought the same one. Emailed the brand and they gave me a list of dealers. Diy shops or neighbourhood houseware shops I find the color do not match.

My house comes with Saniton toilet bowl since the first day I moved in (new flat) built about 12 years ago. For the instant water heater hose (hose connect to shower head), what is the difference of using a plastic hose vs a metal hose? The hose size diameter seems same and they seems like supply same amount of water and water pressure, correct? Metal one seems like only a additional covering outside of the plastic hose, metal part easily spoil near the head. I heard that it is not good when plastic is heated, wondering if the warm water from heater will heat up the plastic hose is it ok or not. Thanks

Hello all, How to know if a white furniture/appliance will turn yellowish when it gets older? Is it true that all white plastic will eventually turn yellowish? How do I undo the yellowish color to become white again?
