hi almonddust, thanks for your comments...i told the ID about the haulage part...i say it's more expensive...but he looked puzzled also...i will ask him again lor... anyway, the heater part, i also thinking of using gas heater...initally i wanted to use induction hob but scared the electrical bills very high...so my dream kitchen only 80% lor...but if i decide to use gas hob, i will bug my hubby buy me a good oven...to balance myself...wahaha~~~ but so far, this ID not bad...will go and view his projects soon to see the worksmanship....

so exciting to see the first reno going on.... i've also start hunting for IDs...and just realized a friend who is in this line had opened her own ID firm...we just briefly talked and she asked for my floorplan and suggested some ideas which i feel is fresh and ok...she said she will get back to me after working on my floorplan and will do something within my budget...so let's see what she offer than say...she also suggested things to help me save costs etc... but i will still go compare with other IDs.... so busy~~~

hey people, i tried to sneak in to see the 75sqm 4rm units, but so many workers and security was tight, so my mission failed...fedup~~~ anyway, spoke to some contractors who were there...1 of them said blk D will be collecting keys from this week... i haven't gotten any quotes but shortlisted few ids...think maybe october onwards i will start hunting already... anyway, i don't believe in paying a refundable or non-refundable fee to see a 3d layout of the unit...it's their job to show us before we sign with them...it's not few hundreds dollars leh...reno is at least 20k lor...think we crazy ar, anyhow sign... anyway, anybody who got some quotes from ids, do share so we can have some references too... exiciting leh...

i went to block C last night and the view is great...wasted i didn't bring my digital cam to shoot some pano...the hp photos aren't too nice...we also tried to sneak to block E to see the 75sqm 4rm unit but it's locked at all the possible stairs entry.... if i go in the day time, will the stairs be unlocked??? it's very scary when it's sooo dark and we can't find the stairs at first....but quite exciting....like ghost whisperer like that....wahaha~~~ will go down again this weekend....
