oic...for me, i definitely won't take the max years cause i don't wanna pay so much interest to them...they already earn alot from the $10 registration fees from so many couples...haha...and i'm not so young already la... but what you all think to put half of the cpf ordinary account to invest rather than to let hdb dry it??? izzit wise???

hey, ask you all ar...how many years loan will you all be taking??? i'm planning to invest 20k of my cpf ordinary account and after clearing the rest of the money, mostly will take a 20-25 years loan and the investment using the 20k will roughly generate a roughly 8% growth so maybe about 17-18 years, i will clear the hdb loan once my investment earns enough... for my loan based on the above, every month we will need to pay about $800-$900... any suggestions from you all??? actually, i also very scared the hdb loan interest will increase...now they say remain at 2.6% but who knows for how long......

ask you all ar, you think blk 79A agar when can finish??? because i really wanna have my AD in march 08...i myself agar maybe jan 08 take keys...then reno and hope by march everything done...but i never go and ask for a date leh...just pick a date we like and check the calender see if it's ok lor... anyway, about financial matters, stressful surely it will be...now i believe all of us are saving up as much as possible...my wedding is on a budget, everything can save i save...so far, our rings are bought at half price because got friend working there, bridal and venue all not the costly kind...AD won't be spending alot also...it's the reno that will be headache...but so far, we both save about 1k or more each per month...by end of the year plus our savings in joint acc, should be enough la...just do the important works and get the neccessary furniture, the rest slowly take our time lor... let's all jiayou~~~

i will be having my ROM end of the year and started planning in jan but already read alot beforehand and shortlisted some places...during may, i've confirmed my bridal and venue...i'm also doing without the traditional dinner....for customary, i think anytime my house is done lor...hopefully march 2008 school holidays because i'm a teacher, easier for me lah.... i think it's good to book all these about 1 year ahead...because bridal needs time because you need to confirm the gowns, and if you want MTM, need more time...and then got photoshoot which needs time also...

darry, yours is 79A??? if ready by jan 08 i very happy already...coz i hope can by dec, but if jan also good enough lah... i also saw 79A building level 40 after i came back from holidays...wah...i so happy lor...
