Hi Alister, My ID did gave me the warranty cert...it's 5 yrs lor...it's upon the last payment where he gave us... You call him lah...such things must rectify lah...
-
no matter how messy it will get, you still have the right to get your ID down to look at the issues and settle them...we paid so much for reno and there's warranty right??? no matter what, you got the right lah... anyway, for me, when we moved in for a mth, we also called our ID to touch up on certain things...now, everything is so far so good lah...

almonddust, yours should be small thing la...i had an episode few weeks ago...dunno which neighbour from my level kept discarding their carton boxes, styrofoam boxes, reno stuffs at the rubbish chute area...it was so bad that we can't even reach the rubbish chute and we got no choice but to throw our daily rubbish together with the boxes etc...mind you, mine was rubbish from our dinner etc...yucks...i complained to town council, they cleared up and next day, it started again... and the funniest thing is the discard 2-3 ikea reusable bags containing unwanted boxes after they unpacked their things when moving in...maybe they too rich la...buy the ikea bags and throw away... if i were you, i will go up and talk nicely to them...maybe they dunno the ashes had caused such problems to you??? but then again, you can't stop them from not smoking the way they preferred because they wouldn't want to have ashes in their own house too...

tension, maybe don't use vacuum too often la...i used to vacuum often because of the dust from reno nearby...now, i too lazy to take out vacuum cleaner from store room liao...maybe you try the magic clean wiper, got dry and wet versions...can trap hair and dust but of course not as power as vacuum lah... now i start work, cannot so hardworking already...i plan to vacuum and mop floor once on weekends, and use magic clean wiper on weekdays...so far so good...the floor still clean to touch...

hi all, for your info, the G&W door and the other door outside don't need keys to open hor...i saw my plumber opening them when i'm not around...and you can simply push down a small thing to make it stay unclosed... my hubby personally had tried to open it using a phonecard material card to open the doors too...and it works... so better be safe, just check the gas pipes in case some people really too free to play such pranks...
