  1. would it be better if you post some picture of your problem? might be better to advise you then.
  2. It's like that. Silicon isn't a very good choice coz I also face the same problem. Due to the expansion and contraction, they usually leave gap in between. I remember seeing some stuff on market. name is like "bondite" or something.
  3. I have asked around regarding this issue that you are facing. Seems like your renovation work for your sink area is not very good in terms of its workmanship.
  4. cuizino has been around for 5 years already? didn't really heard of that brand 5 years ago.
  5. It comes with the flushing system and the WC i think.
  6. I have no idea. But I know once you get this is OMFG. I can't get mine off too.
  7. ya. copper pipe don't rust. it doesn't really look ugly. if you're talking abt the copper oxide, then just make sure you clean them off or paint them. they would just look as good as new.
  8. I don't really understand. how can you do a wall mounted toilet cistern when you are using floor standing toilet bowl. There is no product in the market that I know of (or perhaps the high end marketing companies have it) fits your description. What's your measurement for your toilet drainage hole? Perhaps knowing it would be better for me to comment.
  9. PLUMBING Works; 1 Whole unit change to stainless steel pipe.$580 ---> very hard to comment as it depends on your piping system. 2 To supply labour to install 02 nos. of toilet bowl.$170 ---> your toilet bowl's one piece or two-piece? 3 To supply labour to install 02 nos. of washing basin/mixer tap. $140 ----> if it's mixer, the cost of installing is slightly higher. depends how many mixer you plan of having. 4 To supply labour to install 02 nos. of instant heater. $70 ----> if exclude piping, it is around market rate. 5 To supply labour to install sink and connect sink. $85 ----> no idea 6 To supply labour to install all outlet/inlet pipe. $FOC 7 To suppy labour to install whole unit acceressories. FOC Total $1,045
  10. haha. i think you can try calculating the cost. It's not necessary cheaper. Imagine this. The tank in the instant water heater is small and to be able to supply you a constant amount of hot water, the energy needed and the heat conductivity of the tank must be of certain standard. Perhaps electricity needed is almost the same as the amount needed for an storage tank. hmm, I'm quite interested in this thanks to your post. hmm, quite true to say that once the heater spoil you get no more hot water.
  11. hi there. if you wanted a rain shower, it would be better for you to get a storage heater. There was a case I read in forum that someone's instant heater spoiled after using with rain shower for 4 months. it's lucky that you didn't use it with instant heater because they can support only certain dimension of rain shower.
  12. are you sure that usage of bleach won't cause rust? what if it's due to the vapor?
  13. you can try using autosol. I believe it might come back because your coating has been damaged. perhaps having a coating of oil could delay it.
  14. haha. why not you try bleach on s/s item and tell me that it won't rust?
  15. i think you have to get those filter for you grating to prevent them from breding in your own drainage at home?
  16. wow. 15 years for that tank is very durable. i suggest you get that brand back. just get back the vertical one will do.
