With that kind of money, I think you can easily get it done by those customized or upholstery workshop. Try contact Adrian: 91831711. He doing all these. Ive used his service with reupholstery and customized 3 seater sofa about 2 years back. Till now the stuffs still standing strong, haha. No harm getting a quote. Happy shopping!

I reckon with Andreja. I've used hot'seat furnishing for my new and reupholstery service too 1 yr plus back. Till now the things they done still in good condition. Would say their service is "bloody" good and friendly too haha. The best thing I remembered is they don't "hard sell" and "pushy. told them ill consider and call me at certain date, they really did! Not like others where you tell them ill consider and they will "give" you that kind of "unhappy" tone. Mine was service by Adrian though. Not Lawrence. Adrian also have me assurance that 100% "no charge" even I don't use their service after 2 appt to my house just to look at the material samples. Which till now I still recall... 5 thumbs up for them!

I think it's either manufacturing fault or basically design flaw. If this 2 pc seat cushion designed in this manner, at least they should come out with something to hold them in place to avoid what you're facing.

Ermm, there again. I don't think I said anything like : all upholsterer are honest. Think you're a bit sensitive? I just state what I think and feel. Nothing personal. I do feel 'most' retailers are just trying to confuse consumer, and that's for what I think and feel. Cos I do come across many cases from friends and me myself. You don't know what I see and heard, so don't judge me. You don't know me either. As for promoting my upholsterer, yes. Then what? Cos I'm very happy with their services and such, that made my upholsterer and me become friend. If something is good, I don't mind to recommend to other people. Case closed? Thank you.

I don't think I've mentioned something like : every single of retailers are cheats. I'm just saying I (meaning me) don't buy from them anymore. Btw, most of them are. Just happens to know because many friends did 'kena' cheated. Thank you.

Well, I've been there, done that. Many of friends came across these thing too. Many of them out there claimed to be leather but in fact most are just PU or PVC. That's why I don't buy from retailers anymore. Sick and tired of being con.

Well, I rather do it with my factory contact. I've done several things with them, and happy with the service and goods provided. Like some mentioned, if cushion cover damage, throw and replace cover. But if foam damage? Or some parts loosen? That would be quite waste to throw the whole set. With my case, I can always call back the factory and ask for replacement or repair with a fraction of cost. Be it cushion covers, frame, foam or even the stands for the sofa.....and not touching on you can mix and match whatever you feel like to with materials and colours overtime. Also not forgetting of the customisation for the sofa as in like size and design. If need contact, just give me a PM. As not good to post here. Happy shopping!
