Hi, I am new to this forum... Am looking for a renovation loan, considering RHB, since it offers one of the lowest interest rate among banks in S'pore.. I heard from my friend that we can also apply renovation loan via our renovation contractors and we might even get higher loan, than banks... Any idea how it works?
