thanks ms white...HDB actually approved our appeal when we applied...i remember they approved our HDB housing loan at that time too...so worried..i believe most of us have higher income now so dun thk they shld reassess the income again... duno if any of you had the same experience... sigh... hope will be ok else i have to go to MP again.. i think they should let all singaporeans buy at least one hdb flat with hdb loan... cos we all pay taxes and serve NS right... dun think those people over the income ceiling should be penalized since they are singaporeans too.. not too much to ask right... just 1 hdb flat..moreover, this hdb flat is not cheap wo..more than 300k...i thk there should be a minimum household income rather than a maximum... if 30 yr loan means 950 per month.. so means min. household income should be at least $4300 per month...

congrats! me too...just got it....have u submitted the loan application? did u fill up the monthly income for your wife/ husband as well? since they are only assessing the amt of $ we can borrow, just 1 person's income will be enough right? are they going to assess whether we are eligible for housing loan? since we already passed that stage ya?

Can anyone help me ?? do i need to fill in my wife's gross income as well? do they use it to re-evaluate our eligibility for HDB loan? i thought we already submitted our payslips when we first apply for the flat. i saw online it's $S8000 Anyone fill in only 1 income? will they question? helppppppppp....

hmm..anyone interested...i can try to get bulk discount...but it is a hong kong brand...what do u think? most hotels have the shower cabin but wondering why not many HDB uses it.... think shld fit our bathroom though..

hi guys, i saw this shower cabin in hong kong and it looks cool...some of them have even steam function + multi water jets massage aimed at different parts of your body.... do the contractors here offer this in their package? anybody got a quotation for this? any brands?

hi guys...do u normally buy the shower cabin (comes with steam, massage, multi water jets) from the renovation contractor or buy it directly from the supplier? i'm interested to get a shower cabin but heard that i cannot use an instantaneous heater else the water pressure will be too low. it. have to get a storage water heater.. if we buy in bulk, i may get some discount fromt he supplier. would you think of installing a shower cabin ? let me know your considerations ok..i can bargain with the supplier lobang i have.. u can also email to me ya...
