I bought a fridge from COURTS bukit timah closing down sales. Part 1: Fridge was delivered on last Friday, one skinny Malay guy and a Chinese guy. But only the Malay guy brought in the fridge. He dragged it in from my main door to the kitchen. Tot that is the way. But the chinese guy was just standing outside my door doing nothing. After bringing the fridge up to the fridge base I saw there were 3 dents on the door of the fridge. So I told him there are dents. And he just walked out of my front door without answering to me. So I went out and saw him putting back the box to prepare to pack in the fridge into the box again. But what is this, did not even answer me that he will be carrying it back just walk out of me. Luckily my neighbour a guy came in and saw the whole issue. And this Malay guy came back in and said mdm it manufacturing fault he will bring back and exchange one for me on Saturday. Part 2: Saturday, fridge was delivered again with the same two delivery guys. Open up the box asked my hubby and I to examine any dents. No dents at all swee swee. Then I complained abt them dragging in the fridge on Friday that leave my tiles with scratches. So this time they carried it in. Once reached the kitchen the malay guy ask the chinese guy to go out. The chinese guy went to my dining chair and sit while the Malay guy did everything. So once ready he called us to check again. And 2 dents were found on the fridge door again. So this Chinese guy also saw it and said AIya have to reject again. And he told me in chinese that this Malay guy very stubborn he told him many times cannot use his feet to support the fridge up the kerb. He also mentioned cannot said too much as later will quarrel. That is why he only sit there and watch him do. That is how the dent come out. And the malay guy came to ask me whether can I accept it. I asked him back will u accept it if u are the customer. Then he turned around and pull the box again so that he can pack back the fridge. Third round of delivery has to be Monday as Sunday is their off day. Part 3: Two Malay guys came today. Both different from the last two delivers. This time round both of them carried in the whole box. So I asked them how come cannot open the box outside since the last two rounds was outside. Partly also I had cleaned my place hope to minimise the dust and dirt. But this fat guy told me that their style of doing to protect the fridge from scratches. I'm quite piss off as my furnish are all glossy any scratches will be easily seen. And at my doorway it my full height shoe rack. So I told him back in that case beware not to scratch my shoe rack. Anyway he insisted on opening it inside I just let him do it. Then my hubby tried to explain to him how our experience on the previous two delivers so that it will not happen again. Before we can say anything this Fat guy keep on telling us I KNOW I KNOW DUN Need to tell me. But we trying to explain to prevent it from happening it no joke to be always waiting for delivery to come dun want this to happen again. But he just stop us from talking keep on telling us heknow he know he know. And stress tt he was in this line for 5 years. It really a very unhappy encounter I totally piss off with this fat guy. SOmemore asked for screw driver to screw something. Come on u are the delivery man u should carry such stuff along with u. After fixing it, did not even turn on the switch to test the fridge for us and just walk out again. Left with another guy there letting us sign the form. Thank you for reading such a long vent from me. I just want to warn u ppls to beware of the after sales service. I'm wondered whether they trained their delivery man. I suspected not at all. As their men like to walk out without answering to the customer queries. If not argue back til customer has no right to talk.

My masterbedroom toilet door is frosted Glass door. And the salesman told me that common toilet door cannot be frosted as guest will not dare to use the toilet (can see the shadow of the person inside) Therefore he recommended that a white sticker to stick at the inner part of the glass door. My concerns now are : 1. As it a open toilet shower area is very near to the glass door. Will mold and algae start to grow at the edge of the white sticker? 2. Cleaning of inner part of the screen must make sure the clothes that I'm using are super clean if not the paper will turn black? 3. As it a shower room, will the hot water steam slowly peel off the stickers? The salesman told me all these will not happen? But I'm in doubt. I would wish to hear from those who had the white sticker pasted on the glass door to tell me abt their experience? If not can someone pls help to suggest what I can do for the glass door other than the white sticker. And sad to said that this co. only have one kind of frosted film. And it definitely not abt to block the shadow (privacy level).

Yes agree. Anyway it only a year warranty. The guy in Yes Appliances did mentioned can bring back to their shop if needed to repair. (Mean u need to dismantle it and bring to JB again) Anyway with this cheap price u are actually getting two ceiling fans in JB instead of one in Singapore. And I would said KDK is a reliable brand. Doubt it will spoil within a year. I still think it worth getting from JB.

I spoken to the floor contractor. He mentioned that white homogenous tiles difficult to do up. As when we purchased it that time we only be seeing one piece of the tiles. After laying the tiles on the hall, there might be some tiles that are slightly darker. Overall, will see patches. How true is this? Anyone has white homogenous tiles, please share with me the outcome of ur flooring. Thank you.

i bought those sticky lizard trap and it comes with a packet of their food. One night I'm able to have 4 lizards trapped in it. What i hate most is their ****. All over my kitchen cabinet and floor every morning.
