ai ya.... mai ah neh lar.... Holding the keys means I can start my reno liao mar... Now dry waiting. can only draw on the planner, talk to contractor/ID... Hopefully the current owner willing to sign the paper (can't remember what's that call liao, but to authorize me to apply for hacking permit, reno permit before 2nd appt).

I'm actually better for weekdays night, cause weekend I can spend time with my kids, bring them for riding etc (they so happy with their new bike )

Nice Kitchen, with wide glass door/wall. Make the entire place looks more spacious. Seriously, your kitchen is much better than my Seng Kang Kitchen, really cramp. All the best in your reno.

Ya, I agree. Now a days many claims that their carpenter's skill is so good & so good etc, but than when you try to open their long/wide drawer, not steady one (something like when you pull from extreme left of the drawer, it will kind of get twisted like that.) So far I have only seen 1 that super solid, when you pull from 1 corner of the wide drawer, it comes out really smoothly, and ultra rigid. (tt's from Interior Affairs) I read about all the review from your T-blog and those photos, that's why I buay paisay request for a house visit so that I have witness it as well too ; p

The funny thing is tt some still say till very nice, like small project we also do one. Like even 1 toilet. Maybe they also looking at good profit margin. Anyway 1 more month to my 1st appt. Waiting till neck long long Liao.

Yup. I'll be the one buying all those gadget. ; p But most of them will be in the cabinet until I need to use lor. Like there is a period of time I crazy about cooking ( after watching all e cook network shows. Lol ). Tt time every sat will cook something for my kids. I even make the traditional "or nee". Then after that period, switch to swimming, than to jogging, than rock climbing, than now cycling. ; p So things keep changing, now about to go back cooking again. Lol As for power point, no worries, I will have plenty. And Also lighting point. ; )

yup yup... Oversize pots n pans cannot make it, so must have at least 3 size of each to make it work. Also next time, I will wanna try those brass or copper pot for making soup (saw those ang mor cooking show, they always have that, not too sure if it is really good ) do U use them ? As for makan, they will be broken into batches ba, for kids, will chop chop eat liao go play. only left with adults sitting around chatting. Just gotten the quotation from Andrew. Pretty good.
