Hi chling, Oh, the 5050, I found them in www.dx.com. But I'm not too sure what kind of power is required to get for the LED driver and the power adaptor. (like for some it might be 5M long, some might just be 2m etc.) Did you get it locally or order online ? Can email or PM me the shop or online store ? Thanks email : battle66@gmail.com

Hi holocaust82, Welcome to RT and best of luck to your reno

The Rainbow vacc is super useful, especially for cleaning the mattress & washing floor For hood, not really depends on how often you cook, but the style of cooking. If like Chinese wok style frying with OIL, or deep frying with oil etc, a higher capacity will help (like >400 m3 type), if like boil, spaghetti type cooking, those normal 300m3 should do a good job. Most impt is that the width of the hood is wider than hob. Enjoy shopping

Hey welcome to RT and congratulation on your new house :thumbs up: To have both WIW + Study, U can try challenging your ID to hack the wall between U'r MBR & the middle bedroom to build U'r wifey WIW (hence entrance still from MBR), the middle bedroom will kind of a L shape study room. (think sounds challenging but good to challenge U'r ID) all the best in your reno :sport-smiley-004:

Sure Will have to remember to shoot the BEFORE and AFTER photo :sport-smiley-004: Notice you are using granite sink. Do remember never ever to pour hot oil (not even a tea-spoon) as it will stain the sink. (happen to my mum's granite sink, tt time cook liao, thought just pour a little bit away should be ok, but who knows, stain, dam ugly, but have to live with it)

I have not do the actual buying, but have been walking the shops to note down where sell what I need and the list price. So once after my 1st appt and LOCK in for my 2nd appt (knowing almost for sure getting the place) (scared if anything happen, seller die die don't wanna sell, than if already make purchase, i die :sport-smiley-004: ) Anyway, there will be some items i will move from my current place (for electrical items, think will go MegaDiscount store, so far most of my appliance I got from them, seems to be cheapest I can find).

Hi marble, think we will be neighbor. I OTP an EA same area as well. 1st appt 20th Mar 2012 :sport-smiley-004: Owner already purchase the Recess area. If your current owner have not purchase the recess area, you might want to call HDB to check if you are allow to buy over the recess area. Both agent (buyer & seller) told me I'm lucky that current owner already bought the recess area as HDB have stop selling recess area liao. https://www.hdb.gov.sg/bb31/ispm055p.nsf/ResaleProcedures?OpenForm you might want to check item 5. give them a ring to confirm. All the best in your reno ; )
