  1. Wow.... sui.... Like that. Going to tell my contractor to leave some gaps for my cabinet liao, got to plan in space for all these LEDs... But tt will be phase 2, maybe don't have so much budget to up all. Going to cost me a bomb... :sport-smiley-004:
  2. Hey hey, Mid March Liao... Collected U'r keys liao ? :sport-smiley-004: I'm counting down to my 1st Appt LOL..... :sport-smiley-004:
  3. I like the black lines on the windows. very very sexy :sport-smiley-004:
  4. Actually you can also look at what are those items you can break up to do in the future. i.e. for the bathroom, since its already done, might as well save up on them and do after say 3 years (by then will have the budget to do sui sui liao). Also for toilet, if doing, just keep the toilet door close, minimize the dust coming outside. All the best :thumbs up:
  5. If later check liao it doesn't fit to the quotation, ask them to replace, else go to Small Claim tribunal. Generally for the air-condition insulation, more important is the insulate the heat from going in. Personally, fire retardant is least of my concern for air-condition since it carries cold air when operated, hence the least chance of over-heating & catching fire. When heat arrive, I believe the trunking will be the 1st to melt. But the copper piping is more important, the quality (thickness) will be the direct party to hold the cold gas in (thin wall pipe, higher chances of leakage over time). All the best
  6. Here's the layout of the house and kitchen View from entrance. Left side is breakfast counter. Beside breakfast counter is the full height cabinet (with storage heater). Facing is Front loading washer, above is build in oven + hole for Microwave oven. Follow by Fridge (very limited, can only house those small size fridge, think only 80 cm width). Right side is hood + hob. Right side is kind if island Sink + counter top for 2. Basically, for this kind of size, really can only stand 2 person at the cook area. 1 wash + 1 cooking.
  7. Hi akkywendy, They don't sell in shops, only via their direct salesman. If you interested, I can hook you up to the lady who did the demo at my place. (BTW I'm not the salesman har) AS for parquet, I think should be ok ba. Cause it comes with many accessories (including cleaning aircon unit, wash floor).
  8. Cool ; ) For new house, will be super good easy, just wet the floor with water (maybe add very little bit of cleaning solution), keep the vacc container empty, just use the brush & rubber head, brush & suck dry. Done (Vacc + washing at 1 go). ; ) :sport-smiley-004: After that double up as air-freshener, good especially new carpentry work normally have a smell that is not so healthy :sport-smiley-004:
  9. Hur :jawdrop: still got limit to 200 units ar Like that how? Can't be camping there waiting for offer ley. Siong siong...
  10. Wow, when moving in ? Started reno liao ?
  11. Hey alvin11, Welcome to RT and all the best in your reno work Very unique lay-out to me ; p Guess for EM / EA, all more $XXXXX in reno as we have much bigger floor space, hence = more pieces of tiles. As for EM, headache is that it have 3 X BR + staircase, so more $XXXX in all the items required. All the best and share share your progress okie :sport-smiley-004:
  12. Yeah, all the best to viewing your 3D + all the ACTION :sport-smiley-004:
  13. It is pricey, but trust me, if you have kids, saw the demo (especially on the bed). U will get it (if financially can lar. For me I opt for 24mths interest free installment), not so siong. Can't remember if 8 or 10 yrs motor warranty. So won't worry so much. You can't imagine how much dust it can really suck out from the mattress. After I purchase mine, immediately go clean all mattress in the house (5 of them) + all the pillows, soft toys etc etc etc. Over weekend, bring over to my parents place, did theirs. $$$$ well spend.
  14. Ops. miss this one. Let me go home dig out the old drawings, scan and post here Email U also can. Last time no such thing as soft copy one. All hand sketch (btw come to think about it, time flies. Almost 10 yrs bk) *faint***

  18. Hey joelle1891, congratulation in selling your 3A and BIG congratulation in getting such a great lay-out unit. Simply perfect for design :sport-smiley-004: Actually think I started 2 months back in talking to IDs, (btw, I haven't go for my 1st appt yet) (counting down) :sport-smiley-004: Just tell them up front that you are getting this unit, target month of collecting keys. Up front ask if they are interested. If they not interested, don't waste your time, just move on. For me, I upfront told all the ID I meet. Earliest Mid May collect key. Won't be doing full house, only KEY area (Kitchen). Keeping all flooring. So the IDs have an estimation of how much monies they can make, and this have made many ID automatically back-out. So easier for me as well. But again, still have some will say OK OK, but later after talking in detail, they won't even send you quote (for those I won't even bother to chase, just drop them). :sport-smiley-004: All the best in your ID hunting :thumbs up:
