For yours, you might want to 1st draw 1 big box to house the entire house. Then draw 2 box, separate into top 1/2 and bottom 1/2. Then start filling in the rooms. Actually if it runs by a little, its ok, cause you can really play with your lay-out. I a bit more "kao Chey" about it, hence i actually re-draw the entire floor plan 3 times to get it right ; p

Actually tear down is 1 thing, but are we allow to dispose at normal rubbish collection centre ? Last when my false ceiling fall (collapse), I try to dispose at the normal rubbish collection centre, kanna scolded by the care taker there. Said that I'm not allow to dispose construction materials there. :sport-smiley-004:

Ay, no tricks to it, just that that for HDB original floor plan, not all measurement are given. It took me 3 complete re-draw to get the actual Zhun zhun measurement. Take note of the overall measurement given by HDB. Use measurement line to indicate the entire house length, width & than adjust accordingly. Also generally those black wall, they are 200mm thick, white wall 100mm thick.

This is so nice, where U got it from ? I'm eyeing on some woody furniture from scanteck (they having promo till think May or June, also the holding period is 6 months, so will go down place deposit after my 1st appt ; p ) . Oh btw, best to use wood stuff, avoid Stainless steel or alloy stuff. It just corrode/rust within months. I'm currently staying in Bedok South Ave 2, moving to Ave 3, the sea breeze really can cause your metal stuff go rusty really fast.

I was thinking for your MBR, if you swap position between your wardrobe and bed, than it might be more smooth flow. i.e. after shower, come out, wardrobe to choose & select your cloths : ) Than to increase some privacy on the bed, you can have a feature wall just after opening the door (creating a L walk-in), or for more simper design, a curtain after the door. So that when door open, it can see your bed directly.

Yup, I will be putting my kids study table in the Dining area. (Cause room no space for study). (you can look at my T-blog) Also it will create an open area in using the Computer as well. So that they won't have any chances of doing any funny business (at least at this stage lar). ; p
