Hello All, I guess i have to purchase TV, washing machine, cooking stove (HOB) etc first to be delivered to my new house so that contractor/IDs can make measurement & installed for me when the setting is done right? Therefore I would like to seek u guy feedback for the items for my new HDB 4rm. a) I intend to purchase LED TV for false wall inside living room. Which brand/model should I to go for it? But I will not choose sony as it is over-price for its brand. Maybe Samsung or LG? Should it be 42 inch or 46 inch? Budget less than 3k? which shop? courts, Best, Harvey? b) Which brand/model washing machine should I go for it? I don’t intend to buy 2 separate cylinders - 1 for washing, 1 for spinner/dryer. Budget $500? Should be enough to get a reasonable set right? which shop? courts, Best, Harvey? c) Which Hob / Hood package should i take since it will be installed inside the cabinet? For minor/simple cooking & soup during sat. I do not need oven as it will place on top of the cabinet. which shop? courts, Best, Harvey? d) I am looking for tower type fan for living room as it looks nicer & save more space although i have a ceiling fan. can i ask: " coz spend more than 1k++ , how much can we actually save per month for the bill" ? Let say if 1 month save $20. Then 1k/$20 = 50 month 50 month /12 = 4yr. Then is about time to change aircon again liao ??

co i see my friend house, the portable size is not that big. I think there is types of size for customer to choose also. Maybe another problem is when cleaning the toilet, there may be some hinder gap of here & there make it harder to wash. But if build-in bathTub got any problems, need to fork some money to solve it right?

Hi Kitchen houseOwners, can i checked is it i have to buy these items first, put inside my new HDB so that when the contractor came, they can take the measurements? Else, if they measure their own, later i got problem looking for the right size to fix inside the hole?

Can i ask those who installed bathTub in their masterRoom: 1) is it better to buy just the bathTub & put inside the toilet or 2) supply labour and built bathtube with hollblock & tiles inside toilet.. I know if i take op(1), anytime if i do not want the bathTub, i can remove & throw away. Beside this advantage, what else should I look for? Many Thanks

Normally.. do u all ask the IDs,contractors what type of wood do they use? I see that most use plywoord or solid plywood with laminate finish. Is it gd enough? coz when i am in sec sch, i learn that plywood is one of the cheapest wood type right?
