Such costs and expenses shall be pay by owner. Like that is very lugi to owner when signing right?

Hi experts require ur personal experience for this: i came across a package provide Homogeneous for living room + laminate for 3 common rooms. if i were to upgrade the 3 common rooms to Homogeneous types, i have to top up $1.5k. Is it worth it? They using AC 3 for laminate supreme. i know many will ask do u have kids (yes), what ur budget (ok), etc. --> then i should go for Homogeneous? But top up $1.5k worth it?
