    Hi Experts... If i want to renvoate my new HDB 4 rm flat... should i get ID/contractor? Or should I do in a way like this: 1) Flooring give to flooring expert to do. 2) Kitchen another person to do 3) living room + 3 room other person to do 4) 2 bathroom another person to do 5) 3 & 4 can combine togther Btw i not in a rush to get the house to be completed.. I can wait till 3 months.

    1) can qutoe me with pictures for 4rm hdb ? 2) Intend to install Homogenous glossy floor tiles (600x600) and skirting for whole house. But if too exp, then i will do just for living room & corriodor. And laminate flooring for 3 rooms. Do u do laminate flooring? 3) NO need tiles for utility room and toilet. 4) w/o hacking coz i didnt opt in hdb flooring. 5) Living & dinning about 321 sqft, master room about 144 sqft, bed room 2 about 108 sqft, bed room 3 about 116 sqft, skirting about 218 sqft. 6) new BTO my email is endlssorrow@yahoo.com

    i think still possible ba.. include flooring.. but flooring tiles u have to use cheaper, rooms use laminate flooring... then living room got L-box but not for masterroom, etc ba..

    i just asked gaincity of Mitsubishi sys 4 costs about 3.8k... no free service... 2yrs or 3yrs package very exp... they say the bigger size pipe used, the cooler it is.. but problem is it looked so ugly right? i seen one of the smallest size type.. looks very nice.. but will it take much longer time to cool?
