  1. Hmm my ID recommended me to put this piece, but after putting up he told me more suitable for my bedroom but photo too big for my MBR. Hmm..... actually my theme is not resort feel is more nature.....hmm maybe I should put up a picture of nature theme?

  4. Hi all, Saw so many lovely photos of fellow EM owners, I was wondering whether I should post my photos here as there are already so many outstanding EM reno here. But nevertheless I think I should share my photos so that others may benefit from it especially future or current EM or new house owners. I have been through this process and I know it is not an easy task especially those on budget.   5. My Hand made Coca Cola clock from Phuket placed at the corner or my breakfast / bar counter. Can you guess what is this art piece? Bought from Vivo city. Placed at my display box just beside the bar counter.
  6. Add 2 mist maker to my water feature cum fish tank. Giving it a mystic feeling. Added a white led light so that my plants are more illuminated. Noticed the mist???

  8. Walk in wardrobe Sliding door to the entrance of MBR. Have to do sliding door because there is a swing door for my walk in wardrobe which double up as a door for my MBR toilet as well. Hence MBR door has to be sliding if not it will clash with each other. MBR

  10. Study / computer room Didn't do any carpentry bought a book shelf and L shape tempered glass top from Vhive. Ran out of budget for carpentry. Bought a sofa bed from Courts and wall decal from All Posters online. Face scrupture done in Las ***.

I also think 97k is ex but now 6 months after the reno complete, I think is worth the money, I redo all the electrical, plumbing, windows grille, windows hack kitchen wall, plaster whole flat, change 3 sewage pipes 3 layers of water proofing in both toilets and 2 layer of water proofing in kitchen. Luckily I paid only 10k for COV.
  12. Yes upper floor is more modern didn't spend too much money on upper floor as renovations cost is pretty high. Total cost is about 97,000. Is a major over haul only item preserved is the parquet on the upper floor which is being revarnished and repaint.

  15. The end of the platform. It gives a resort kind of feeling with the pebbles beside it. Hanging lights with various colours at the end of the platform. My coffee table cum tea corner. Thanks to my friend who bought me a traditional tea set from China. I can enjoy making tea at this corner. I am glad that I bought this coffee table from Zen tradition. Bought it 2 months before my renovation. My ID first spotted it and told me that this would suit his design theme. Bargain from $1100 to $900. Boss say it is the only piece. He promised to refund if I can find another one in singapore.
  16. View of my laminated leaf platform from the upper floor. I like the 3D effect. Cool!. My ID was worried that I could not accept the idea when he first propose to me. I am glad that I accepted the idea. The leaf flooring consist of cement screeding using green cement. The veins of the leaf is painted by my ID personally using paint coated with 24K gold powder. The floor is then protected with 3 layers of clear coating to protect the cement. Below the platform it is fitted with 14 T5 lightings.

My island hood from Turbo Italia and my Coca cola Bar Top clock from Phuket Thailand. Handmade from real coca cola can. Notice my full length kitchen cabinet. It ends just before touching the floor so that it will not get wet when washing the floor. Many people mistook it as my wardrobe.
  20. Dining area with 3 full length bronze mirror and a designer light that looks like a bird cage. Water feature and Stair Case wtih 12mm thick glass railings (seen from the entrance). You can see the divider separating the bar counter top from the living room and giving us a little privacy from the main door.

  22. Yap it's my ID idea. Not only did he design the water feature, he help me choose the plants set up the fish tank and guide me on the maintence of the tank.
