Which brand did u get ultimately? Rinnai RB38v is no longer available, I wanted this model and no where got stock Was quoted $495 only. Techno T333 got quote at $479, T638 at $499. Not sure if i should go for Techno since Rinnai no longer has 3 burner with full glass top design *headache*

Well, feng shui is to make ur life smoother...I'd think that feng shui & design can go hand in hand...u need to get your feng shui master & ID together to discuss. For me, my feng shui master said i hav to put 2 compass on my ceiling and i was rather reluctant coz doesn't look nice...then my ID came up w a box up design to cover up the compasses.

If u dun hav kids ard, then it's a good idea. with kids, difficult to use bar height dining table...I'm hacking the wall between kitchen & living too but will do a glass panel to divide the dining area and kitchen.

He's super busy! Took more than 3 weeks juz to come up with my draft design & quotation, somemore designed by someone else...and hav to keep chasing & chasing...I'm starting to worried if he can finish the renov on time since he has so many projects on hand.
