Getting a 4rm brand new hdb flat soon. Can recommend contractors and what is the cost for the size of 85m2 and a/c ledge?
I just need simple and sweet renovation, the house belong to my parent.
I have not seen the unit yet, not sure what is given by hdb.
Estimated things needed:
1. Flooring for living, dining and room
2. Electrical wiring
3. L-box for living/ dining room
4. 5 door inclusive 2 toilet door
5. kitchen cabinet
6. shower screen
7. cooker hob/hood
8. basin
9. tap
10. Lighting
