hahah thanks! but you can get cheaper chandeliers too though... dont have to get the swarovski crystals type... the normal ones are cheaper wic i heard can get below $500 too! we got this cos hubby was literally salivating over the glittering look hehe

hi! so u came to our house too! hehehe... thanks! we wanted something different for the kitchen area... came to 3 choices though for the colours: 1) black+purple 2) black mirror cabinets 3) black+fuchsia... however, the purple was too dark to contrast against the black... and we do not wanna risk fingerprints on the black mirror cabinets and so we decided on black+fuchsia combi... we got the swarovski crystal chandeliers from casa nuova cost abt 1k+

ahhh that area... facilities there are not too bad too we chose the glass railings cos it fits the entire concept of the house and we simply dislike other types of staircase railings.. as i said the ah long issue is the least problem we are worried abt since the unit is not even near our unit... the neighbour next to theirs (the one with the tortoises LOL) should worry more isnt it? you should inform mr yeak on anything that was left out in the quotation considering there is a budget to be met. hopefully it works fine for u!

Hi Ely! Thanks! Yea I wanted something different and since I loveeeee bold colours, so I chose something loud for the kitchen! Had to tone down on the living area though since age is catching up. My previous 5 room flat was majorly in black, grey and white colours! And YES I had black walls back. Now need to mellow down a little on the choice of colours!
