    Hello. I just completed the renovation of my kitchen. Initially was not thinking to install the backsplash tempered glass until my mother in law complaining difficult to clean up after cooking. Hope you guys can help to provide market price for backsplash tempered glass ($ per sqf)? Would appreciate if u have some recommended contacts to be shared.

    hi there, ur SandStone colour @ your living area looks nice, my house now doing renovation too, i havent decide what colour to be use... planing to paint: 1. [Cappuccino AL22918 (deluxe all)] for only one wall (tv wall). 2. [Orchid White WW25260L (wash & wear)] for living area, kitchen, and toilet piping. 3. [Natural Cane WW22617L (wash & wear)] for 3 rooms. 4. [White PL25664 (mouldguard)] for All the ceiling. 5. [HoneyComb GL2058 (gloss finish)] for the doors and steel grill. what do u guys think?

    i just found a contractor [Up2Sense] quote me price as below: 1. 52" Ceiling Fan with lights + remote control ($840 for 3 sets) ---- 1 set $280. 2. 56" Living Area Ceiling Fan without lights. ----1 set $280. 3. change Whole house's sockets and switches (about 20 sets) ----$300. 4. change all the switches to BIG BUTTON. ---- +$50 5. Shifting location 3 power points. ---- $150. 6. Add 2 new Power Points. ---- $100. 7. Add new SCV points. ---- $50. total: s$1770. do anyone familiar with the installation pricing? kindly pls let me know is the price above reasonable?

    my house is now doing renovation, i plan to put a full height mirror on my dining area too (8ft height x 6ft width), (see the photo) http://i278.photobucket.com/albums/kk119/j...91020101285.jpg i'll will paint the wall to white color, and put a full height mirror between the two airconds... and the 6 feet dining table is infront of the mirror.     Hi there, anyone heard of iBENZ, it's just few shops beside the ANZ furniture, im still considering with the price that they (salesgirl Apple) quote me: 1. Mable + Aluminum Dining Table. RM 2199. 2. Bed Frame - without mattress (King Size). RM1200. 3. Wardrobe (height 8 ft x width 6 ft). RM1900. 4. Coffee table (white color). RM1000.
