I'm also thinking of getting the gas water heater. I am concerned about another matter though. One ID told me that if you hang your clothes near the gas water heater, the burning of fire at the water heater will cause black spots at the clothes. I think he was referring to carbon or something being emitted from the fire and then dirtying the clothes. But I think that's quite unlikely since the fire burns gas directly, which is very polution-free. Those who are using it, any such problem?

Hi the partition price is by square foot? Quite unusual, but makes a lot of sense. Actually I'm thinking of doing non-full-height partition wall. Do you know what the partition material is? Is it timber frame covered with plasterboards? Anyway please PM me the contact thanks.

Hi I'm choosing a work top for my kitchen cabinet. I've seen the solid wood work tops in Ikea, and they look really nice and exotic! Anybody using wooden work tops (from Ikea or otherwise)? Any comments or experiences to share? Are the wooden tops easy to maintain, heat-resistant? Do they expand? Thanks in advance for any advice!
