I did my reno with them also. Honestly they are cheap. But being an ID means that you have got to have the ideas and also the coordination skills. Sad to say, they don't possess the very basics. My reno was dragged past for more than 1 month needless to say what the impact was. I am doing my 2nd reno now but I won't be going for them even though they are cheap. I learnt my lesson

I dont understand what you trying to get our of it? People make mistakes and more importantly is they are remorse and apologetic over the entire ordeal. Just move on! Thats the problem when a company allows you to change your delivery date and bringing it forward. At that moment i am sure you did appreciate their gesture. Whatsmore they gave you a discount somemore. They could have simply replied that you requested the change of date and can they charge you for that? However, when things go wrong you turn all things around.

I think you can choose from any stores as long as you dont exceed the price (e.g $3 psf) even if it does you just need to topup. Sometime they bring you to the stores because they have an account with that particular store. Just like my case. I am able to go to any stores, my ID was flexible.
