    Hi All, I am going to choose my BTO flat this week. Currently targetting at a few units (all bedrooms including living room) facing NW or SW. May i find out how bad is the afternoon sun impact on this? Also, is it going to impact on the resale and rental at a later stage if i decide to move on? Much appreciated for any kind replies.     Hi Jeda, What happens if i and my partner share the private properties? each person owns a 50% stake. Does it means we still own 100% of the private property? We are stuck in the rule, as we are working overeseas, now planning to return to SG, and realised all the HDB rules are against us. Cheers Nit
