sorry guys for the late update on my reno... was really tied down with all my work schedule.. here are the pix of my new place. really have to thanks Iz for his patience and understanding. 2 thumbs up for Iz.

hi peeps, been such a while since i last update my reno. no internet connection at my sis house. anyway my reno been delay due to so many things that had happened. Ask Iz to apply permit to hack down wall at kitchen entrance. Waited for nearly 3 wks for HDB to get back to us.(WTH) very very slow. Than decided to go for reno loans as need to use cash on other things. haizzz lucky got Iz to help me on all those things and can say he's got so much of patience haha. now halfway thru the reno. will update again soon. here are the pics of my home.

hmmmm still waaiting for my reno loan to be approved. been about 1wk already. so slow. does anybody know how long the loan process will take? by the way i've already pm thos who asked for Iz number.

hi peeps, met up with Iz last night to finalise every details of my reno. He was at my place till 1am hehe. Such a nice guy. Doing up my whole 4rm flat and it cost me a whooping $30k. There goes all the money. Will start reno on the 14th Oct which is next Thursday. Can't wait to see my place transform. Wish me good luck guys.

hi all, i've just received a pm saying that Iz very bz with other project and won't do up my place? Is it true? can any1 who'e doing up their place verified this with Iz pls? the funny part was, this person give me some other contractor number and not Iz number. will gladly appreciate if any of you can give me Iz number. thanks peeps
