    Still look trendy after 5 years. It is the small details, like the recess skirting and tile floor trap that make the difference especially in modern design such as yours. Btw do u still have the revised floorplan? Would love to see how your designer rework the layout. El Loco

    Yr ID shld haf inform/advise the aircon installers to install the trunkings along the false ceiling or cabinet. For my place, I have no visible track for the powerpoint too as I pay extra to hide the wirings.

    Is yr unit on the ground floor? The ceiling is quite high. Look ard 2.9-3 metres tall. A good buy.

    The bathtub is place at the area which is formerly the kitchen so it is a wet area. However if in doubt best to check with HDB. Cheers!
