The skirting that was not made good was good yesterday already however, the guys from evorich still didn't do a good job in applying silicon at some corners where trunking are in the way. Will let them know again, they should remove the trunking to put the silicon mah.. haiz..

hmm for me i source most of the stuff myself as i dun think the IDs will have better then we can get. reason so, they are too busy to go around looking for good deals. Best is to search the forums for good buy and all.. Lightings--> Light station at jalan besar Toiletries ---> royal fanco Airxcon--> Gaincity , i feel they did a good job and they have 5 yrs warranty haha so i feel best to go for reputable companies although they may be a bit ex but if u catch them during the fair when they throw in 5 yrs warranty for free then it is worth it.. ArtistRoom do have their aircon contractor but i feel no 5 yrs waranty better not.. Furniture--> I source the sofa myself and the platform only... as for the dinning and chairs they brought me to buy and of coz if u have no idea.. katy have lots of them on where to get them and cheaper i feel.. hehe Tiles--> nope, i was not brought to any of the shops to choose..katy have selected them for me. I dun have any preference in that since not much tiles for me.. haha but i am sure they can bring u. all in all if u have any other items ordered, they will arrange for you like what they do for me but pls do bear in mind.. U have to check it urself to make sure things are up to ur standard. They will help u liase, open the door, see if the general are okie.. Details wise will still have to depend on yourself to check...

Katy contacted adrian and evorich guy will be coming up to do the touch up on wednesday

Speak with katy about it.. she offered to help me think of a solution and she say not a problem at all. She will discuss with her tiler and tell me the plan. She mention that she will hack it off and re-do the pebble wash if needed.. Also I told her that i dont like how the pebble-wash and the small pebble came out very easily so I asked if i could change them to those bigger ones, she obliged. Yesterday night i was still worrying what if katy dosen't want to help me sovled the problem. I have already prepare to ask other tilers to do it already. Guess i am just thinking too much..katy understands my problem...

I have notice something during the installation as well, Hacked skirting that were suppose to be made good seems to me that it has not been fixed...will be telling Mark about it..

Flooring from evorich started this morning and it took them 1 day to finish up the flooring. As usual, things are not as good as it seems. 1.I have notice that some of the corner silicon was not apply probably due to the trunking but still they have to apply the silicon to prevent water from slipping in during cleaning. 2.Trunking that were removed to fix the flooring was not put in place properly. I have feedback to adrian from evorich already, so probably he will let me know once arrangment have been made. Will be updating here

Dear all, Something happen today after a heavy rain, my pebble wash flooring had a puddle of water formed in the middle all my shoes will be wet if i put at that area....

waa.. that's a lot of heat just for a sofa. Why do we have to make it so difficult? If we as consumers are to do this for everything we buy. We will die man, imagine to go down to the circuit board of a LED TV questioning them where do they get their capacitors or resistors. Waa.. that is to horrible. I think as consumers as long as all is in black and white written down and honor by the respective companies it will be fine. Ultimately, we want to use the product for as long as possible if there is a problem? solve it not push it. Anyways, I think you guys are great and all of us learn...

Electrical works are done already. I notice that the electrical guy ran the lighting points using this type of junction box and pipes nail onto the ceiling before the false ceiling is up. I am not sure about the practice in the market so i share this to you guys. I think it is much better to use this then to use those strip type wire casing

Guys... HAve a question, i am not very please with the aircon priping runing in my kids room. It like making my kids room smaller, i will post some pics later in the evening. I am afriad that I might not have a space for my baby in the future... :)The aircon pipe was ran from at the bottom from the start of one wall to the end of it. This wall is suppose to place the kids bed in the future, now there is a aircon pipe there that would mean that i cannot push the bed all the way to the back or i have to customise it alr. Right.. or possible to ask the aircon guys to re-run it to the top?

Dear all, Some updates. today citygas will be coming up to do the gas pipes and installation of the gas heater.Also i just receive a letter from HDB stating that i am able to install 2 compressor in separate rooms haha and the installation from gain city will be on this thursday.. Will post more pics....
