    hi, i am looking to replace two of my kitchen cabinet doors. they are in green color with wood finish. can anyone tell me where i can find similar (or close to) doors? any idea how much each door wood cost? thanks

    my new one is electrolux one.. yes it does take a little longer than my previous one, which was also front load.. but i like this one too.. i think finally all the machines are almost the same, u just need to choose the capacity u want and the one that fits the budget.. but there is one thing.. if u buy washer cum dryer, if the machine spoils, then u loose both the washer and the dryer.. its always a good idea to buy a separate washer and a separate dryer..

    hi! we recently found a victorian style casablanca ceiling fan on gumtree and bought it. Got it fixed to the ceiling with a new light kit attached. After two days, the fan's flywheel broke. This fan is like a piece of art, and we don't want to take it away. Does anyone know where we can get ceiling fan spare parts in singapore? I am looking basically for a Universal Flywheel.

    ya.. now there is this talk about encouraging to take citizenship etc.. so the status of PRs is very unsure.. @therat, my daughter is also PR..

    We bought a flat here and our daughter is also going to the local school. the chances are that they may ask us to take citizenship. which depending on circumstances may not be possible. in that case ppl are saying that they may not grant the PR renewal.

    thnk u all for the valuable advice.. since i have great condition tiles right now.. i think i will skip doing parquet.. and dear marshmallow.. thnk u for the well wishes for our PR renewal.. hope it all works out well..

    We have a 5I HDB, resale flat. Want to overlay the existing vitrified tiles with parquet flooring. But since our PR will be up for renewal next year, and in case it doesn't get renewed, we might have to sell the flat. So would the investment of around 3- 4K be worth it? Can anybody suggest if parquet flooring improves the chances of a flat being sold faster or does it effect the valuation?
