  1. Yup, agreed with san20sg. That Heritage staff Yuki Is really had attitude problem,i already experience.. When I bought from her quite good service, once my goods have problems, She totally changed. Not even bother to help me arrange any solutions. I mean, this is not what an attitude sales person should have.

  3. Do not buy from Heritage Yuki!! Her aftersales service is very bad!! Totally different attitude when I buy with her, attitude change once my thing are delivered to my house. I call and speak to her that there problem with the stuff i bought, she immediately said that this is not their company fault. Even don't want to arrange servicing for me! Actually I have seen in forums That others also complaining about her unresponsible attitude. My friends bought also from the shop but from other staff but they don't have this kind of problem..
