Yesterday bought our Tecno hood & Hob + Kitchen Sink @ Hoe Kee. wanted to have a granite sink, but due to fengshui, have to get a stainless steel 1....cheap cheap also

Hi yandm, thanks thanks... the opening ceremony we just follow as per the fengshui master advice + praying ritual. Standard stuff are like knock hard at the door, open the metal and wooden door. do not step into the house yet, roll oranges follow by the pineapple and shout "Huat ah!!". My in law got top up a lot of auspicious wording like, shun shun li li, ji xiang ru yi, & many more...hahaha....then place a "huat kueh" near the pineapple..after that my hubby start placing the mixture (rice+salt+tea leafs) at all corner of the house. Last hand full of mixture shall throw it outside the house...seem complicated...haha No one are allowed to enter the house during the 3 day closure. Our ID & fengshui master came to do their necessary work on the same day of door opening. After completed everything, we locked up the place. Return 3 days later to clear the praying stuff. Oh ya, my in law actually help to pray outside the house b4 hubby open the door. We mop the whole house twice...*shag*

Finally collected the key after waited for 3yrs+...done the door opening ceremony too with the helps from in law..... David tong arrive 10mins earlier from appointment time and started the audit after explaining the whole process what he will.do and what we should expect..the whole process and discussion took around 45mins.. Our ID brought his team to do the necessary work like measuring, marking and v also discuss about the necessary changes after the fengshui audit..luckily only need to change the stove location and forget about the kitchen wall that v wana hack... We have to locked up the place until 3days later to clean then praying items....so miss my little nest now

Bro...changed my appointment to tml morning....still need to wait~~~

i dun mind the one fix to the tab eventhough it will look ugly...my mom is using Panasonic Brand....and also the one fix to the main pipe 1....i wan something small and handy, so thinkin to get either tupperware or Panasonic....not so expensive also..hehe

TV still ok ba...my TV not wall mounted, coz canot drill on major pillar...ngam ngam got a pillar thr....and we are not doing feature wall...so will get a nice tv console to let the TV sit on it...hahahah

Hihi Jas28, nice to meet you... 1) actually, thr r a few method available in the mkt by different fsm..common> refer to HDB booklet to advice; differences> Based on Bazi/ Follow Flying Star method. My family fsm advices that for flat that is yet to be build, it is impossible to use Bazi to advice, coz the unit is not ready yet. Since he is in Penang and is costly for us to fly back so we engage David Tong. What he told is exactly the same as what my family fsm told us. David Tong choose the most auspicious unit by looking at in which direction the main door is facing by on the "Period of Year's Number". I think this is call the "Flying Star" method. Now is Period 8 (2004-2023) each period is a 20 yrs cycle. So for Period 8, most auspicious main door direction is North. So in our BTO, only hv 2 units with this direction, so we choose the unit with left opening for the main door. As advice by David Tong, left opening is related to wealth. We ended with the preferred unit but 3rd choice in term of level. 2) David tong is charging S$120.
