Hi BluRhino, I am also using I bridge rhiss for my current home in Punggol. Overall, I am very happy with their respond and design. The workmanship for capentry, electrical and plumbing is good. Their sub-con are friendly and they are able to give their advice and opinion on site. As I am in the building and facilities industry, my wife and I set a high bench mark and expectation. Needless to say, every detailing will be look into. Fortunately, my ID, Jacky was able to exceed most request and timeline were met. Strongly recommend, I bridge Rhiss. not because of reputation, but professionalism and receptive to customer feedback.

Hi Reglxt, Thank you for your input. If thats the case, I will change to a Yale YDM4109 that comes with a key and waranty by the local agent.

Hi Reglxt, Undertsnad that you rhave installed the F100 gateman product from Interlock. I am also considering betwen a Yale YDM 4109 and a F100 model. My current door lock set is of a euro lock (longer) , but the F100 is only of korean lock (shorter) thus, should I install the F100 model, I will have a 'chip-off' a wood design on the door lockset. I would be helpful if you can take a photograph of the side lockset and let me know how patch up the missing section of the wood for you. Thanks thanks. Appreciated. Doobee
