Franking speaking, a ID in simpler term is a project coordinator who work on projects fm conception to completion. Primarily putting your wants/ ideas together to do up your home sweet home & address to your concerns within a designated budget. Working behind the scene w/ the actual Interior Designer to draft out the floorplan & design theme, getting contractors to do the actual tiling/ glass/ carpentry/ painting/ electrical work, and etc. fyi, many Phua Chu Kang started off as juz a contractor Co. By large due to market demands for a better packaged reno std, the middle man service ID was introduced. And also many ID Co. set up work on the basis of a grp of regular contractors they trust & used for their reno projects. Hope this helps

MBA is a master's degree in business administration.. And yes it's a DEGREE course. Had been popular w/ engg grads who wish to gain insights to wat biz & mgmt is all abt. "MBA designation originated in the US, emerging fm the late 19th century as the country industrialized and companies sought out scientific approaches to management." IMHO it's hard to associate ROI on a MBA directly.. rather treat it a self improvement course a way to open up yr mind & prepare u for the nxt phase of yr life/ career. Do u need a MBA to get into mgmt? No. Do u need a MBA to climb a corporate ladder? Yes by large. In many large MNC, mgmt or leadership team do hv untold successor plan layout. The Q u probably want to ask is how u can b one of the successor candidates within the pool of Co talent. Every individual hv their own set of values & principles that they hold by. Observe wat yr mgmt/ leaders hv. Work towards dat & cultivate similar skill set, along the way added yr own values. I believe every individual is unique & how u add value to an organization & establish ppl network will help to determine how far u will go.. Hope this helps

Soaking or pre-cure of ceramic building materials in water is a common practice. This is a necessity when laying tile that is very soft, like Saltillo tile, or low-fired, unglazed terracotta. When a tile (or a brick for that matter) is too porous, it will suck the water out of the mortar without allowing it to set properly, leaving weak bonds between mortar and tile. Or simpler terms, reduces the strength n bond of the grout you r setting the tile in, which may cause the tiles to come loose later. Also with current improved cement fomulation for better adhersion, it's not technically necessary, though u'll find it makes the tile easier to adjust, plus u'll also get superior adhesion as some ppl claimed. Many contractors find sponging tiles wif water wld be gd enuff. Look on the box/ packaging.. typically ceramic tiles hv instructions which say "immerse in water for 1 hour before paving". While Porcelain and Homogenous tiles are rated to have very low if any water absorption, generally have very great abrasion aresistance, and generally very high breaking strength. Hence not required to soak or pre-cure. Hope this help

Haha.. same expression I had as LA is kinda large area. In States u need a car whenever u go.. as attractions are located at various areas. If u r juz visiting theme parks it's better to near it to save transport & time. Of course, it's known dat u gotto pay slightly higher $$ for the accom if u stay inside the theme parks. hope this help

1st offer I rcd was fm a bank mailer, offering $200 taka vouchers if I response within a wk. Subsequently, were calls fm some marketing Co. offering $100 taka vouchers. Then another offering $130 Mariott dining vouchers or $125 NETS cash card.. Hmm.. I wldn't say it's a scam, it's juz maketing methods/ strategies.. shopping vouchers in eXchange of both yr spouse & yr time and mostly imptly hoping cling a deal wif u. It's nothing new, this way of marketing had been very popular in States. Typically they invite couples for an hr long sales presentation, then follow by convincing u to buy their products. Is it worh it? It a matter of individual perspectives.. juz remember there's no free meal in this world

I went on contiki tour after completing my studies in UK many yrs bk. It's a fun tour for yuppies ranging from normal lodging to 3-star accom. Of course u can also choose higher class of accom too, juz pay $$ Some meal r included, while some aren't.. make sure u check w/ the guide. One thing to note is the tour travels by land & sea, hence most of yr time r on the road or in the coach.. same as all tours limited attractions time spent at each sites. Some times the driver & the guide will add an extras attraction pt, depending on schedules. oh, last but not least u'll need to tip them as well oh.. Hope this helps

Typically, validity of the product warranty come into effect w/ the date of purchase. In any case if u post or mail it late, typically the manufacturer will still honor it. The 1-2 wks 'muz' send out condition is more of a warning b4 consumer totally forgets abt it..

I too bought a sofa & dining table set fm them 1yr+ ago. So far so gd. Their sofas cushion gd quality, filled up well, still puffy after 1yr+ usage yup, their factory @Ubi & showrm @furniture mall.

The wall gap at the bottom of the glass door looks awfully big. The rubber or plastic tubing allows gap cover up to abt 1.5mm, anything bigger wun work. fm the looks of it, to cover up such a gap a door frame is probably a better choice.
