    Hi, Just bought 21 years old HDB and when inspection...saw some of the sliding window roller uneven due to wear and tear so need advice whether to replace all windows or just repair it. I'm trying to save some cost if HDB original sliding window can be repairable so pls kindly advice .

    I will say no no as I have very very very bad experience with them. My current house was designed by them 5 year old ago and alot of problems occurred at that time.
