For price wise, you can bargain with him and the best part is if you found the same product elsewhere in Jln Besar is cheaper...just inform him and he give you the same price. Of cos' if his price is cheaper than just keep quiet and buy from him la. Dun over "WoW" because of the 5k electrical installation. IMHO, the price list showing the price per item is still within the market range and of cos' it's still possible to find a cheaper one. From TS list, you can see there are too many lighting points(64) and power point (>26) need to be installed may be because of EM so even the most reasonable electrician will not reduce the total cost much if he never reduced the lighting and power points. just my 2cents.

left side of the fridge is wall and right side is the low cabinet of 600mm depth (without top cabinet) so even I open the door to 180 degree will not have any problem. Since 5cm each side is enough, I will ask my contractor to fabricate the low cabinet with the allowance of 850mm for my fridge liao. Thanks.

Let said I'm getting Top Mount Fridge with the dimension of 755x1777x707mm so how much space allowance(width) should I cater for beside the cabinet area? It dun look nice if the gap is too wide...so It's 850 sufficient?
