From what I know, none of the tiles in the market is scratch free. Those good one is less prone to and not easy scratched.

yap...friendly before sale but after service was totally diffferent. I have bad experience with them regarding product exchange due to defective item delivered. There was many ting tong and endup they called the supplier to call me and from there I liased directly to the supplier and got the product exchanged the next day. The above was just solely my experience with them and may/may not happen on you so I wish u good luck !

Yes I do agree HDB shop is slightly cheaper( not more than 100) but normally gain city expo come with free 5 years warranty which I think it's worth to get from them if you do the math.

I also agreed with u ! IMHO, 5% is more reasonable and 10% is a bonus if they willing to give ! .

Have ordered Queen bed, Sofa bed, dining table, L-shape sofa and coffee table from them and yet to delivery. Hope everything go smooth and with hiccup.
