mine DBSS flooring all done up and hand over to me by developer...so defect got to be done by developer's subcon...

this sat gg to meet tiler together with main contractor...sure gg to give me lots of excuse but like u said, either they rectified or i will get my contractor to do and claim against them...

ya i thought so too...now haven't start oredi so difficult to get things done by him, can't imagine during reno how man...i still called him cos he's like recommended by many and feels comfortable talking to him...anyway he officially dropped himself out le, he told me he got many jobs on hand now can't cope so can't take mine...1 potential one gone...

i plan to call him tml to remind him again...

it's coming to 2 weeks and defects rectification still very slow...major items not started at all...called in charge to push for the worst defect (water ponding in shower area) to be done quick but he said tiler told that it's common to have some water ponding... how can la...both shower areas 50% water ponding and it's common!!! maybe i got to think of alternative, get contractor to do and claim against developer...anyone has similar situations before???

oh henry doing ur reno...i'm still waiting for his quote leh...very long le...called him twice le, everytime say will send but never come de...

i start with budget too...guess guys are practical lot...
