    Love your Taobao buys especially the pastel benches. Ikea used to have them I think but discontinued. I picked up an abandoned Ikea pastel blue side table LOL machiam karang guni and painted the legs white and loving it. Love the toilets too.

    I am sure its tiring, I did whole hse painting more than 10 yrs ago and I swear I will never paint ceiling again LOL.. Tks for the elmark info. Sg will be much more then, we don't have a car so need to buy from sg. Yes is probably balancing problem, shouldn't have sound. We got the famous Fanco contact from Renotalk and he did shared abt this balancing issue when he installed ours.

    Hi hi, may I check is the elmark ceiling fan quiet? So far I know Fanco & KDK are, no experience in Elmark but I like the design. Btw from our Fanco installer, he mentioned that 1 direction of the fan movement is a sweeping motion that doesn't cut. The other direction is a cutting motion. Pls be careful. "ELMARK CEILING FAN - Wind power is strong!! And CFO just figured out that the fan setting can be set to turn either counter-clockwise OR clockwise!! Amazing!"

    Haha want to make a guess? My view is my opposite neighbor's living room, so close that we can use a long bamboo to pass things over LOL. We didn't bother to research on changing the color as I heard that if we were to sell our unit in future need to reinstate to the original form....siao liao loh... Orange BEST for CNY! Huat ah! Indeed $60k is OUCH but u really did a lot so I would say is worth that price. I am planning to redo my kitchen and overlay the entire flooring, looking at $25k already.
