PMed you. I dont think getting my quote will help you as every house reno is different. It's pointless for you to compare other people reno cost. My advice to you is see more ID/Contractors and get them to quote you on the same items.

ha...it's not my man made wall. I have those white rectangular tiles in my toilet and kitchen wall. It also act as my backsplash. Problem now is i tried to install those ikea rail..then the tile crack.

spray insecticide to kill all of them, then use silicon or plaster to seal up the hole?

Having issue with my white brick tile, it's crack very easily when drilling. I have already asked the tiler to come to change the tiles three times. For those who going to use such brick tiles be extra careful.

The tiles are from Hafary. Nope no headache for me, but heard from my contractor the tile its is not easy to lay and can be uneven if not lay properly. Luckily my tiler is very skillful.

Yo bro tudou. ha..ya..i removed the old rusty grilles to have unobstructed view and also to save $$$. Will cost me a bomb if do up windows or grilles. Most probably will only do up grilles 5 or 6 years later when children start running around. Surprisingly, the babyfan is quite powerful for it size and enough to cool the room. Somehow felt that its better than my KDK fan. Dun feel any wind at all.

AND the highlight of the day...My foyer center piece..The Spider Lamp! Gosh..to install this lamp is a major task..took two persons 2 hours to fix it up..... The installers were scratching their heads how to get the lamps connected. I made it even harder for them as i wanted 3 different modes for the lighting swtich. I can see.....lights... End result....the photo didn't do justice to the actual thing. Actual thing is much nicer.

Finally all eletric stuffs were done last weekend. Great work done by Ah Soon team. Excellence workmanship to ensure everything done nicely. Chill out area hanging lights Balcony lights The cute baby lamp....

haha..hard to say....coz so many touching up need to be done. Hope my contractor can solve all these for me.

As i do not have the budget for the craft stones, my contractor helped me to save cost by doing the man-made brick wall. the effect is surprising good. Lot of works to do this.....took 3 banga to do this small area.

My LED lighting switch. My electrician told me not much people using this white switch. No choice coz have to match my white wall...i'm very tempted to get the grey one as the LED is blue. Just discovered another benefit of using LED swtich..even my electrician don't know this. If the light is not connected properly, the LED will not lit up.

So far partial of the lights are up and carpentry just started this week. Hahahaha....my reno is really jai yen yen. Most of the people started the same time as me had already completed their reno.....I have this new neighbour who just started their reno one month ago and now their carpentry all completed.
