  1. Around $730, actually not too much of a really good deal since it's a display set. But still ok lah..with 2 years warranty and looks bit dirty. Tried asked for new set but salesman told me this model discontinued liao. Hope the accessories still available in future. BTW did you use the Foam stop solution every time? I don't have the chance to test yet, coz some delay in my reno touching up.
  2. Finally bought the SV1902. Saw HN selling this at a 40% off, was told that Karcher is discontinuing this model. But still bought it since its 40% off. Hope it's not an impulse buy ended as white elephant (a real ex one...). Can't wait to test this monster.
  3. Not really..after they finish all touching up I need to do a thorough cleaning then can start my DIY. Now full of dusts....
  4. Hahaha..no need to thank me lah bro. I have been stalking your blog long time ago liao.... So bro...in your opinion this one is better than iRobot huh? Price wise to me definitely...hehe...
  5. Wow bro tudou your house so automated. Where you gotten your robot from? Never heard of this brand, I only heard of iRobot and iClebo. Do you have the issue of the robot bump into your cabinet base and skirting? Heard some robot will cause damage as they tend to bump too hard onto objects in its way.
  6. Finally my phase 1 reno is coming to an end. This week they will be fixing all the minor stuffs like re-touching of my parquet, marble floor and thorough clean of the house. Painting retouching done last week, in total I made the painters came 4 times, but i guess i have to do another round myself after moving in coz sure dirty again one. Really happy that my contractor still following up with me to ensure all the re-touching is to my satisifaction. I already pay the reno fee in full as i put my trust on my contractor and they didn't fail me. Phase 2 is my DIY and Bai Jia Le sesssion. Think the house will take it shape fully then. Will post the final pics then.
  7. Bro will it bump into skirting or objects? You know if any robot can do cleaning and mopping at same time? How long the battery can last?
  8. hahaha...that will be my dream team ....... Pocket not deep enough...
  9. Totally agrees, Jaskel. Thanks for dropping by and advicing the newbies.
  10. Haha... i belong to the lazy one. Really tempted to get both irobot and karcher but i'm sure my CFO will kill me.
  11. Hahaha...ya...i know that. Just thinking whether to have it automated or doing it manually. Of course, Karcher is many times more powerful then the robot and robot most prob cannot clean 100% as compare to us doing it manually. Wow...you going to get the irobot as well.
  12. Thank you whitehousey for the kind assurance. It's certainly very useful. Didn't know it's so popular here. Most prob i'm going to get it now. Was deciding whether to get irobot to vaccum and wash or Sv1902 since both almost the same price. Sorry some more questions, do you need to hover it when mopping to prevent the strong steam from damaging the timber floor? Or can just press the nozzle against the floor. I heard some people talking about need to hover when mopping. Normally how long do we need to to change the HEPA? Do you still remember how much you gotten yours for? Ya, sure..will be updating with more pics. Now doing all the touching up and it seems never ending. Keep finding areas need to be touched up. Need to tell my contractor die-die nust finish all these by end of next week.
  13. Wow...thank you so much whitehousey, you are really helpful. Finally, i have a decent review on SV1902. Been searching the net for review but couldnt find any decent feedbacks. Guess it's not that popular. Is it ok to use this on parquet floor and how is the suction power? Do you need to change the HEPA filter often and any need to buy extra one?
  14. Raindow is out of my budget, if i have the $$$ i'm sure would like one. So karcher sv1902 is the only my cheaper alternative (but not that cheap also).
  15. Thanks guys. No worries, I'm totally cool about it, because it is for all to see who is the immature and silly one here. It's really funny to see how people trying to string up something in other people blog. Let's just ignore that Sce kid and let him bark all he wants here alone.
  16. Thanks sis for making the point. It's really rude for that feller to come into other people blog and ask the person to do his/her housework without any justification. Perhaps he is jealous of my man-made wall with lower cost and want to proof he made the right choice of getting the premium craftstone. I'm fine with feedback negative or positive but not with people using such challenging tone. Anyway i will just ignore nonsense from him.
  17. Thanks Dragonnite. It's really helpful. No wonder they are still so many bagged one in the market. Ha....so it's not much difference coz we still need to take it out and clean.
  18. Now have to start looking for good vacuum cleaner as reno is about to finish. Lots of cleaning need to be done. Anyone has good vacuum cleaner to recommend. I thinking to get those bagless one. My wishlist is the Karcher SV1902, this one can vacuum and steam cleaning the floor at same time. The price is very ex though. More than $1K. Anyone used this before can give me some feedbacks?
  19. Yo bro... u back from ur holiday liao. Ha...aircon haven't officially open ceremony yet. Surely man, keep in touch.
