  10. so its still subjective... depends on individual and are they able to clique with their designer or contractor eventually.....
  11. i guess with qualification or no qualification the final outcome is if the person is able to deliver or help their customer in their needs.... jus like being rich and famous doesnt need you to have qualification.... i guess.... hahahaa... jus my 2cents worth... dun flame me....

  15. i feel using white laminate is good to see but hard to maintain... preventing it turning yellow i not too sure but i feel its the same like cars that are in white... if nvr maintain like washing or polishing... the car paint also will turn yellow.... probably jus avoid white ba... unless u got the time to clean and maintain it... just my opinion...
  16. anyone have any idea where to get customise furniture whereby i could input my ideas and they can fabricate it for me... at a reasonable pricing ? or have anyone did any of their furnishing which they customise? feel free to share?

  18. y do you say kana conned? dun mind me asking?
  19. i think it is still up to individual to do their homework and shop around before following ur ID or going by yourself to any shops. If most of us can shop around for quotes for different IDs .. i doubt it wouldnt take much for the individual to shop around for lighting or furnishing prices to avoid such thing from happening... if u dun have much time to do it ... then i tink it would be a trade between time and money.... to save u got to spend time.... to save time u got to spend more .... probably thats my opinion....
  20. reasons for finding ids with proper qualification? enlighten me on this? but i seen a few companies which actually states their designer are dip grad in interior design....
  21. from my understanding haier living are cater more to those high end users ba.... i believe dun need to expect low quotes from them....
  22. really depends on how u look at both of them ba.... there are contractors who cover themself so well to look like IDs .... so everyone now are IDs in the current market right now.... be it contractor or IDs as long as u get what u wanted or are please with the final outcome i think both are as good.
  23. i prob think there are cheap and good contractors and there are also cheap and low quality contractors... u can do up cheaply ur place for now and when cheap or low grades materials are used in the process u might face lots of problems in the near future and end up spending more den what you had asked for..... probably take quality in consideration as well as price.... just my 2cents worth .... meant no other intention..... just my thoughts
