Nice design and decor. The living plants wall and island is nice Btw did u realise yr bedroom 2 and 3 is bigger than the home layout plan??? I view based on the 60x60 floor tiles in your pics.... Eg bedroom 3, the width is 2400, about 4x600 tiles.... Yr pic shows got 5.... Was it changed by hdb or that i was wrong? Lol

I have a open concept kitchen as well with no hood. And yes, we cook everyday. The smell will travel for sure. What i did was to have a stand alone fan that i switch on to blow the smoke towards the kitchen window. Have a wok cover which i use to coverup during simmer cooking. That more or less reduce solve the issue. I dun have the issue of oily flooring as I uses "rough" type tiles in my kitchen, although i do wash it often -

Haha.. actually when they 1st announce/show the mall outlook, i knew its gonna be small. That size, alone as a pure shopping mall is already small in context. Somemore now with a library and interchange. Well i am not complaining anyway. Better to be small than endup like JP so crowded. PS. It is very crowded already.

End of the day its about what you want really. What the ID mentioned is not wrong, as if the internal structure do not change, the reno design will be very "standard" as opposed to the all the HDB layout/reno you have seen around. otherwise to change the layout visually, you will have to do many builtin-capentry to break the the standard look. Ps. if I were you, based on that layout, i will built up the study room, and not hack any walls. A bedroom should be a resting place and just that, no TV, Hifi, computors stuffs like that should be left in the living/studying room. -

Some offered to 100k cash for our units. Mmmm... -30k discount for new place, estimated valuation increase of 50k upon key collection. New buyers will top-up only about 20k for the new units. Worthy ?? I wont shift to JE for sure...major shaping up in the next 10years. I dun want to entrap myself in the major construction over there... Good old clementi still my kind of place

No wonder i see. I dun even knw of this ruling. Staying at 321 SERS may not be everyone cup of tea. My neighbors are not really happy cos of the high prices, some have opted not to take the replacement. In fact i like the current location more, so convenient to get anything. the new location will have higher traffic and noise. No more covered walkway to MRT, and ahve to walk further to get food from town which i hate it..so many people.

Very big and nice layout. like your bedroom divider. My suggestion, place some medium-big indoor plants near the window or tv console and a rug in yr living room to make it complete. Dinning area get a nice painting, look around in Holland V shopping centre. Anyway, just to check how much is the extended table in the kitchen and the dining table (from where)

85sqm is really SMALL, if the measurements based is true( which i think it is) The common room is only 2.7 x 3m!! our 3rm currently is 3.6x 3m Anyway based on the block design which 3 blocks are similar, the layout will be similar as presented. Very unlikely to change. care to share why u not entitled to get another HDB loan?

I am no better really. So your replacement choice will be 3/4/5rm? I am really undecided. Am likely to get 3rm back i really wish to stay high, but not within my means at all, every storey cost 2k.

Fyi, the replacement flats are very ex 4rm 85sqm at 5th floor selling at 450k. 4rm 92sqm at 5th floor same at 491k. 5rm 110sqm range lowest floor 550k to 650k highest floor Max discount 30k only. Wat a joke. Not even 10%. Mbt really going to lose his job.
