My contractor custom made for me, but i dunno where he got it. You can get the chalk board paint to diy too. Thanks. The side skirt is parquet and i repaint it to white. My ID said the skirting need to apply underlay coat before paint it, to use normal paint will peel off easily. And we can't get this paint from those normal paint shop... But he gave some spare paint for future touch up.

Great service and price, maybe bcoz of he knows my wife...haha... Thank you thank you! The skirt was painted by the contractor. It's parquet, I asked my ID repaint it to white. The process not so straight forward, i remember it needs "pre-treatment" before paint it, if not the paint will drop off easily. I will check with my ID then let you know. Cheers!

Hi, I've moved in more than 3 mths. To me, white house is not hard to maintain (easier than black... haha..), maybe my house is just simple design, so quite easy for me to maintain. Anyway, my previous house "quite white" too, the white kitchen still look great after 6 years when the new owner take over.
